When express delivery is selected orders will be sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked 24 service. Please note, orders placed by 1pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day (excluding bank or public holidays) if placed after they will be dispatched on the next working day. For orders placed from 1pm Friday - Sunday they will be dispatched on the following Monday. This service may require a signature upon delivery and is available for UK mainland addresses only.

We aim to process orders within 3 working days, although at busy times we may take slightly longer and due to the time of year it can be up to 5 working days. If you need your order urgently just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate and we encourage you to use the express delivery option.

If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of receiving your despatch email, please do get in touch so we can investigate the issue further for you.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process orders within 3 working days, however at busy periods, sales or certain times of year, we may take slightly longer up to 5 working days. However, if you need your order urgently please get in touch and we will do our best to accomodate.

If you place an order on a FRIDAY it won't be processed until the Monday. Orders over the weekend will be processed on the Monday.

Please note that standard delivery time for UK orders is currently 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact alex@inbloomandco.com

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail or Hermes . A signature may be required on delivery. Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 6pm. If you are not usually at home during these hours, you can provide an alternative delivery address, such as a work address.

If you do miss a delivery, the delivery company will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local depot.

Out of Stock

Occasionally items purchased online may not be available. If this is the case we will get in contact immediately to either offer a full refund, an exchange for another item or inform you of the expected delivery time of the item.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Workshops

Workshop/ event Terms:

  • Workshops are non refundable.

Workshop Cancellation by In Bloom & Co

  • In the unlikely event that In Bloom & Co is forced to cancel this contract for reasons beyond their control or if unforeseen circumstances prevent attendance (i.e. serious injury/illness or death), their liability shall be limited to a full refund of monies paid to date.

  • We will use reasonable endeavours to find a florist of a similar style. However, the Client understands it may prove difficult or impossible to find an alternative skilled replacement at short notice and/or at the same contract price.

Cancellation by the Client

  • Our workshops are non refundable.

Cancellation due to external restrictions

  • Should the workshop/event be unable to proceed due to government restrictions placed on holding such events, as a result of a pandemic (or any other matter the Government has enforced restrictions over), In Bloom & Co, acting reasonably, shall do everything possible to accommodate the Client's new date and transfer the booking. One move will be permitted with no additional fees, however, should the date be moved more than once, into a period in which In Bloom & Co’s prices have increased, then the client will be asked to pay the difference in price between their original booking and the new date.

  • The booking fee shall be transferrable once to another date, at no cost. However, this fee shall not be transferrable to any other products or services offered by In Bloom & Co, should the client choose to cancel the booking altogether. (this applies regardless of the date the cancellation notification is received).

Our photographs are an example of the kind of style of flowers we might use at our workshops, but they may vary at the workshop.

Fresh Flowers & Dried Flowers

Bespoke Orders - Such as pampas wreaths. These are made to order and are non refundable.

Fresh & dried flowers are non returnable and we do not offer refunds, if you have an issue, please get in touch within 24 hours with a photograph and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and bouquets/arrangements may slightly differ in colour, design and size.

Dried Flowers

Dried flowers can last 1-3 years if looked after properly. They must be kept in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Sudden changes of temperature can effect the quality of the dried products. Dried flowers are flammable and should not be placed near naked flames or heat sources. Colours may fade over time from dried products, this is a normal process. Payment, delivery and returns

Payment

We accept payment from credit and debit cards or Paypal.

You will receive an email confirmation when we have received your payment.

Returns

If you are not happy with your standard stock purchased item/s we will refund or exchange any item in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment. Any returns received after 14 days will be exchange only, and each case will be looked into individually.

Please also note that items must be returned ‘as new’. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used/tags removed.

Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.

If you have received a faulty item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If you have been delivered the wrong item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Items bought online can be returned to our Leamington Spa address, for a refund with proof of purchase but it will be refunded via the same way as payment. Please allow up to 3 days for a refund to show back in your account.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As a small company we want to be transparent and have chosen to not hide shipping costs into our prices.

In Bloom & Co are not responsible for lost or missing return parcels (unless you send the parcel tracked and can show that the parcel has been signed by us). We can only refund items that arrive to our return centre in the same condition they were sent.

Please ensure your parcel is labelled clearly and securely packaged when returning.
